My idol (Besides Fedor Emelianenko), Manny Pacquiao, wins a return fight after a devastating knockout loss his last fight. I really admire Manny, because he fights for his country rather than himself. This victory today means a lot since the fight was dedicated to the people of the Philippines to bring back hope after a horrific typhoon that killed thousands of people. The money he won will be donated to the relief fund of the disaster. I am proud of humanity thus far, especially with every country sending cadaver bags to the Philippines to help recover the dead bodies of loved ones. I think we really underestimate the value of heroes in sports, and how they can inspire people to live positively. Manny is one of the few heroes who can lower crime rates in the Philippines, because everyone would be too busy watching his fight.
