Work surprised me in so many ways. Got the same lunch with my spy/superhero, and everyone was just overly nice to me. I must say time went by so quickly today, but I am not complaining. I received my Venom mask today in the mail. I plan to wear it at the premiere for The Amazing Spider-Man! I thought I would spice my site up with a little bit of sex appeal. I actually dislike taking my shirt off...or showing my horrid face. This mask fits great, and feels great. I am so excited!!! Speaking of masks, this shirt came in at the same time and I love it. So many masks to choose from! My doggy is so weird! She can stay in my room as long as she leaves my stuff alone!

I have always been interested in Tim Burton's films, because of how unique an approach he takes on his stories. His films depict dark looking characters that are misunderstood for being different. That to me is genuinely what I look for in life, because I never like to judge a book by its cover. The more interesting details are always when you get to know a certain individual. In reality, if we ever were to see people like Jack, Sally, or Emily people would scream out in fear. Not only would society be afraid of the dead walking around, we are inevitably afraid of what we do not understand...Time and time again there is a theme of xenophobia because society does not like to see people who are different. Great music in a great stop-motion animated movie. Sally is so emo and lonely...I would date her. I am weird and sick. The piano scene in Corpse Bride still gets me every time. The emotion I felt through the music explained so much more than words could ever do. Definitely a lot to look forward to on October. The last Tim Burton film I saw, Dark Shadows, was not satisfying at all. Frankenweenie looks a lot more promising for me, because I love dogs. I think about if my dog could ever come back to life, would I let her? My answer would have to be no, because I believe there was a reason why my dog's life passed. She deserves peace, and I am also scared for my life thinking about Stephen King's film Pet Cemetery. I do not wish for a fiasco like what happened in that film to ever happen!
I really admire the creative vibes she has with her music. It is always a treat to see what influences her work, because it gives her music a whole lot of meaning. I like to look at this video as an homage to John. F. Kennedy and Marilyn Monroe. People may look at this video with disgust, because a rapper is representing the President. If an individual cannot appreciate the reference, then they should just not watch this. "I know a lot of different people. When they are drunk, in the dark of the night they all want the same thing. They all want to be famous. It's innately human to want other people to bear witness to your life. Its important for people to be watched. They don't want to be alone. I don't want to be alone." -Lana Del Rey
My best friend introduced me to some great stuff. One being the not-so magical Disneyland. My eyes were open and aware, but reading every little detail of horrors they did with backed up evidence just gives me an idea of how a vast amount of individuals have no integrity at all..."Why should we be honest, and work hard?" Well, it is the right think to do and because it is your job! I do have hope for some. They choose to do the right thing without question, because they are disciplined for it. It does not mean they are robots with no souls...they just live life to please others.
No need to think of the Gay Black Spider-Man "Miles Morales" just yet. Peter Parker will always be the favorite web-slinging Spidey we will all remember and love. Although, we also need to accept that nothing lasts forever and we will all die someday. With that said, Miles Morales may be an interesting step to integrating racial and sexual diversities in the comic book community. "Nothing stays the same, except change." The Death of Spider-Man Motion Comic “If you’re young and [aspiring] just keep trying. I’ve been in bands since I was 12 and I’m about to turn 32. I’ve been touring six months of every year since I was 18. Touring has gotten me fired from every job I’ve ever had, it’s taken countless relationships, it’s made me homeless before. We’ve all made a ton of sacrifices to do this and the only way we’ve been able to accomplish anything is by trying really hard. It’s a long, hard process. So just keep trying. The worst that can happen is you won’t succeed.” -Erin Tate [Minus The Bear] Fedor Emelianenko, my favorite fighter of all time fought in his country of Moscow, Russia for his last fight before he retires. He can be referred to as the Michael Jordan, Muhammad Ali, and Wayne Gretzky of his sport. It was all a coincidence for me that he was Russian. Outside of his race, he is a great man who is very humble outside of the ring but explosive inside. I believe he represents his people so proudly, a lot of kids wish to grow up like him in Russia. The expression on his face never changes which I do not think is odd at all. Many Russians look like robots so to speak, but they have a very gentle heart. I will miss him so much, because there will never be anyone like him. I always wanted to take shots of lemonade. I know...I am a loser. :P I am not a big fan of Apple, ever since they decided to sell us overpriced pieces of shit plastic. I heard about the new Microsoft Tablet "Surface" on the news when I was at work a week ago, and looking at this video looks promising. Maybe it was good I held off on buying a tablet. This is said to be released on October. Just in time for Halloween, and the new season of American Horror Story!!! Spider-Man is a great inspiration for all of us nerds to stay strong, and get stronger. With great strength, Spidey shows that it is most noble to use that strength for good, and protecting the weak. I used to be a small, and really weak kid with asthma so all the pain I endured to get strong makes me really appreciate what I have become. I had the best role-models such as my dad, coaches, and teachers who taught me the value of being a humble good-willed person. Andrew Garfield was so amazing for coming in as a fan, and I loved his speech on how it helped him when he was a kid. |
