Was a bit sad I could not get The World Is Watching and Undercover Martyn on my camera. Battery died on me yet again! Still, I was able to get I Can Talk. First off, I loved the concert but there were too many immature kids acting their age. I wish they could just not act their age and be mature for once. Besides having to squat a dozen of fat obese boulders from Indiana Jones: Raiders of the Lost Arc, I ended up getting to the front just like I wanted. The ninja turtles showed up to see TDCC, and even punched a dude in the face who was sitting next to me. He didn't want to press charges on Raphael, and just wanted to finish the concert...that is dedication. At the end, the drummer threw a drumstick at me and of course I am the worst at catching flying objects. My friend behind me ended up getting the stick as she played helpless on the floor and the security guard breaking up the people fighting over it and giving it to her. The band Bad Veins opened for them, and I must say that I loved their theme. It's not everyday you get to see someone sing into a telephone. So awesome! There was another band that opened called Just Friends and they seemed quite hilarious, because one of the band members was just putting on a show and not really playing. He did some of the most random things like videoing the audience with his camera, walking all over the crowd, and doing interpretive dance on stage. Another band member named E.T. was interesting too because all he did was play the bongo and cow bell. HE'S THE BEST!

Besides seeing Two Door Cinema Club this Saturday. My friend figured out the code to buy tickets early to see The Shins, Passion Pit, AWOLNATION, and Youngblood Hawke who are playing in the Hardrock on Thursday, Dec. 6. I just ordered them like a ninja, and the tickets should be in my mailbox in a couple weeks. I really went crazy this year going to concerts, but every moment was worth it. Maybe I am more happy because I decided to convince my parents that I am visiting my family in San Francisco for Christmas. My brother told me when he got back from visiting them that my niece and nephew called me a flake...well I will be sure to come bearing presents. Although for good reasons, someone had to stay behind and take care of the dogs, drive family to and from the airport, and clean the house...anyways...I miss you all. To my surprise, Amazon actually sells these...Iron Man USB with its light up eyes...take my money!
Iron Man USB Just finished watching the episode, and my first impressions are quite positive starting out an exciting year of Halloween. First off, some couples deserve to die when they show affection in a public area known to be haunted. With that said, I just loved how the creepy girl in the beginning was introduced. The way she looked felt like it came from a fairy tale like Rumpelstiltskin, but in a weird cute sort of way like Dobby. (By no means is she friendly like Dobby). The quote , "She drowned her sister and cut off her ears" was interestingly shocking to start out describing characters in the dialogue. I suppose it was not too bad they re-used characters like the previous Tate, and gave him a more significant mature role. Maybe it was just me thinking this, but a lot of the characters were perverted and horny. The first episode raises many questions I would like to see more into like the aliens, motives of the crazy doctor, and what happens to the people being wrongfully held in the institution. Give me more!
One of my favorite lines from the book, "Perks of Being a Wallflower." Having experienced going to "The XX", I swear I felt infinite! In life, we just need moments that take away the pain. As a friend said to me, "You should never have to try to be happy." And it's true, because happiness is not genuine when it is forced. So the concert was as mellow as I imagined it to be, although suddenly it started to rain...The rain was so peaceful. I never went to a concert while it was raining and the management were doing their best to keep the performance going by covering them with umbrellas. After the fourth song it began to rain too hard that the show ended up being cancelled and the band apologizing. I actually enjoyed the show regardless. I just felt bad for the lady who was crying, because she flew from Los Angeles to see them. Pretty positive she was not the only one unfortunately, but thankfully they said we will all be receiving a refund. I bought a hat and poster as a souvenir, but I still wish I could have talked to them in person. Bumped into my co-worker at the concert. It is a small world indeed.
