This series was very puzzling with a lot of new events introduced ranging from a guilty past to issues of trust. The amount of paranormal anomalies,extra-terrestrial activities, and sexual encounters that occur is so much that I never thought they would converge together at the same time. It's so odd, but it does a particularly great job in finding the fears inside all of us...and that is the fear of the unknown. I am more amazed of the side references mentioned such as B.F. Skinner's Positive Reinforcement and Charles Laughton starring as Nero in the film Sign of the Cross. (Laughton was the director of one of the most psychological horrifying films in cinema called Night of the Hunter). The many cross-references such as these are an homage to psychology and history of horror all in one. I am very impressed by the show so far, and would highly recommend it. I will keep updating on any shows I see since I have plenty of free time.
